Jubilee Business Centres are fully-serviced offices. Below is a list of facilities and services that are available to our clients.

RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATIONS    
• Incorporated within the Business Centre building at Exeter Road, furnished accommodation, rented or purchased   Subject to availability

• JBC Exeter Road is fully-equipped with Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Table Tennis, Jacuzzi, Saunas, and Changing Rooms   £35 per week, for 2 people
• JBC Farringdon Road is within a 2 minute walking distance of Vie Health Club   £37.45 per month
     
AIR CONDITIONING    
• Latest technology, using Daikin's air-conditioning system heating and comfort cooling   Included
   
BEVERAGE FACILITIES  
• Kitchens include the facilities for the provision of coffee, tea and water coolers. Catering at all levels is gladly provided by arrangement  
   
ADMINISTRATION & SECRETARIAL SUPPORT

• Jubilee Business Centres are flexible to your company's needs, these include: mailshots, word processing, spreadsheets, database creation and many more services   £7.50 per 1/2hr

• Europe   £2.00 for page 1, additional pages at £1.00

TRANSLATION SERVICES    
• Provided by European languages. Other translations and prices available upon request.

BUSINESS CENTRE POSTAL CLIENTS    
• Mailing Address - post forwarding to one address only at the time at 1st class rate   £60.00 per month
• Additional forwarding addresses   £10.00 per address
• Dedicated Telephone Service - includes answer service and call forwarding at BT standard rates up to a maximum of 200 calls per month   £80.00 per month, extra calls at £1.00 each
• Voicemail   £25.00 per month, per person
• Shared Fax Number   £15.00 per month
• Fax Divert   £25.00 per month
     
BUSINESS CENTRE POSTAL CLIENTS PACKAGE   £180.00 per month
• Mailing address, dedicated telephone service, fax divert, voicemail + 2 hours free use of desk space each month at the Centre (subject to availability and reservation in advance) plus access to a range of Business support services   A deposit of £250.00 is payable by each Postal client, one month in advance. Any service may be terminated by one months written notice. All invoices for Postal Services are payable by credit card or, by agreement, by direct debit.
